Relevant Experience  & Experience Required (in Yrs)	Min 7 – 10 years of Information security with 5– 7 years of experience in  identity and Access management tools Preferred educational and certification experience Bachelor's Degree Certified Information System Security  Professional CISSP

Roles & Responsibilities	·        Experience in IdAM capabilities such as authentication, authorization and user management activities ·        Experience implementing IdAM solutions ·        Experience with integration of commercial identity management software packages and 3rd party IdAM solutions. ·        Work with technical peers and key stakeholders to design and implement custom IDM  solutions based on client requirements and design specifications ·        In depth knowledge on FIM , AD, RSA Authentication, Quest Authentication , Hitachi password Sync ·        Developing and maintaining relationships with key internal business partners and stakeholders while becoming a trusted adviser to these individuals ·        Provide configuration recommendation and assistance to other solution domain teams
