Location                : Southfield, Michigan

Duration                : 12 +months

 

Description:

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with java experience, candidate must be highly analytical with excellent communication, organization and rapport building skills & must have a high level of technical aptitude.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

•Strong product management skills

•An understanding of how to interpret customers business needs and translate these into application and operational requirements

•Additionally, you'll maintain up to date knowledge of technological trends and use your expertise to enhance our client's competitive edge.

•As a Business Analyst, candidate will be responsible for helping to provide technical solutions that meet customer's needs. Specifically,   you'll act as the conduit between customers and the Offshore  Development Team

•Working directly with customers, you'll define concepts, develop an understanding of their requirements and ensure that these are effectively translated to the Offshore Team.

•Understanding of customers systems and capabilities, understand their strengths and weaknesses, and determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.

 

Good to have

•Experience of Java J2EE software development. Knowledge in Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA and xml schema is a plus.

•Awareness about Cloud based services, technologies, platform.

•Awareness about enterprise business models and processes

•Awareness about Continuous Integration
