Job Details: Review the demos of existing systems, create requirement documents, estimate effort, review test design/plans and test cases, ensure optimum test environment is setup, and coordinate with client and internal team on status updates WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in testing WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. 

Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *
1. Performance Engineering
2. Performance Testing
3. LoadRunner

Desired years of experience*: Above 5 years
Education/ Certifications (Required): B. Tech
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Liaise with customer client manager to understand the performance test requirements and finalize
2. Come up with a right performance test approach, plan, strategy and work load model
3. Execute tests and collect data needed for analysis and provide recommendations
