Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Important skills:
Tech – JIRA, eazyBI Jira, github
Soft – good communication (verbal/written), ability to organize and prioritize
Interview process: Phone screen, on-site
Must have:
JIRA administration
Experience creating reports using eazyBI
Ability to perform JIRA updates
Ability to create boards and workflows
Plus:
Atlassian Certified
Day to Day:
Lead JIRA administration, integrations, upgrades, and security; build custom configuration schemes for permissions, issuetypes, workflows, fields, screens and notifications.
Own and maintain a backlog of features and enhancements to the Atlassian toolset (JIRA/Confluence/Hipchat) as well as support for 1,300+ users.
Create templates to organize program and project portfolio documentation, milestones reports and meaningful metrics.
Support the PMO by developing new and improved processes, best practices and dashboards for Software Development and Service Delivery initiatives.
Partner with developers and stakeholders, internally and externally, to maintain system continuity and data integrity when troubleshooting issues.
