LOCATION- Kalamazoo, MI
Duration – 12 Months
Ø Experience in Trackwise tool
Ø Very Good understanding on Support Services and ticket handling.
Ø Very good communication skills
Ø Experience in Regulatory knowledge.
Ø Managing support calls and conversing them into ServiceNow tickets.
Ø Addressing the issues related to Trackwise tool with in defined SLAs Trouble shooting and coordinating with stakeholders.
Ø Managing and coordinating change requests for Trackwise tool.
Ø Supporting deployments and new releases.
Ø Proactive measures to ensure maximum tool up time
