Job Title:                     Performance test Lead (Locals Only)

Location:                     California City, CA 93505

Duration:                     6+ Months

Primary Skills:          Performance Engineering, Performance testing

 

Job Description:

 

v  Experience in Performance testing, analysis (client side and server side) and reporting Skills

v  Experience in test strategy and test Design; Solid experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts.

v  relevant experience in Performance Engineering

v  Ability to engage early in the performance project lifecycle with architects, and infrastructure build engineers and define performance best practices.

v  Strong understanding of performance best practices including JVM settings.

v  Network Variability impact on Performance of distributed systems.

v  Good experience in non-functional requirements analysis with various stakeholders

v  Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners ( network, database, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.).

v  Experience in Performance Engineering across Agile, DevOps and C/CI methodology is a plus

v  Ability to engage early in the performance project lifecycle with architects, and infrastructure build engineers and define performance best practices.

v  Experience in at least one of the tools like HP Load Runner, VSTS,.

v  Experience in monitoring tools like HP Diagnostics, Site scope or CA Introscope

v  Experience with GIS domain is preferred

 

Nice to have skills:

Development experience

 

Top 3 responsibilities:

1.NFR gathering by coordinate with client.

2.Bottleneck identification and Tuning recommendation to improve the application performance

3.Effective client communication.
