Mode of Interview:Skype/Telephonic
Extensive knowledge of business system analysis techniques and testing methodologies. Demonstrable analytical skills and an attention to detail.
Excellent creative thinking and problem solving skills; proactive, quality oriented, with demonstrated leadership and team
o Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and development of business rules and process flow.
o Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design.
o Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), presentation development and delivery, and written instructions.
o Candidate should also be rather familiar and proficient with SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
knowledge in manipulating and using relational databases such as Oracle would be a plus.
