POSITION:

 

Position Role                : Desktop Support

Assignment Location    : Loveland, CO

Project Duration            : 12+ months

 

 

REQUIREMENT:

 

Good Experience in OS Troubleshooting (Windows 7 and Windows 10).2. Good Experience in End User Desktop, Laptop and Workstation Support.3. Good Knowledge on Windows Active Directory.4. Experience on supporting MS Office suite, McAfee Antivirus, McAfee Encryption, and Microsoft SCCM.5. Basic user and Engineering application troubleshooting knowledge.6. CompTIA A+ Certification.7. Good Hands on Experience in IMAC activities.8. Good Experience in Data Backup Techniques.9. Knowledge in Networking. (LAN/WAN)10. Good hands on experience in Hardware Support. (Printers, Laptops, desktop, and Workstations)11. Excellent communication skills.12. Good Customer/Vendor handling skills.13. Experience on Dell & HP PC models.14. Good Knowledge on Office 365 Applications 15. Good understanding of Incident and Request Management (ITIL-Framework).
