Technical /Functional Skills
• Deliver functional requirements in support of any/all applications & solutions owned by the Enterprise Application and Integration team. Products/Solutions include DataStage, SQL, cobol, etc.
• Fully support the implementation of the functional changes as a result of projects and production support activities through all phases of the lifecycle, including design, defect triage and resolution. Partner closely with the Design and QA teams to develop and maintain a collaborative and iterative working approach
• Build effective partnerships with the broader business and systems communities through collaboration and information dissemination.
• Demonstrate and document knowledge of the interdependencies between application functionality and associated business processes in order to develop effective system solutions.
• Become a subject matter expert (SME) in the logical data and all interfaces that are key to the solutions; over time, develop increasing knowledge and comfort with the underlying data stores and physical interfaces (WSDLs, copybooks, etc)
• Collaborate in the formulation of key Quality Assurance deliverables (plans, strategies, scenarios)
• Fully represent the Enterprise Application and Integration team while working with business requirements teams, Programs, and other business partners for key Scope and Assess initiatives, Sales and Marketing support, or Strategy development.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and define functional solutions to address complex business needs. Projects are often technically difficult, requiring innovative and creative solutions and frequently involve multiple platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools).
• Develop familiarity with application data and data stores across the HealthCare business and develop expertise in logical data mapping to be applied on Integration projects
• Understand not only the project technical architecture and accountable for providing linkage to overall Business and IT Strategic objectives. Help to make decisions about the feasibility of various options that are in alignment with strategic goals and application & integration solutions capabilities and purpose
• Highly accountable for the effectiveness, quality and timeliness of project design decisions and how well they meet the business requirements with a focus on maintainability and production support
• Provide comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management and staff at the highest technical level on all phases of the project development cycle. Provides linkage and continuity to business units, development, operations and technical support groups in the testing and implementation of recommendations.
• Through project work and in general, contribute re-usable systems documentation to overall application library
• Highly accountable for ensuring QA organization is adequately prepared to test new systems requirements
• Highly accountable for ensuring that Production Support organization is adequately prepared to support the new systems requirements and/or processes.
• Continuously improve business knowledge and analysis skills and competencies

Duration of assignment (in Months) : 12 months
Relevant Experience: 6-8 Years
Technical /Functional Skills
• In depth knowledge of Android framework & Internals (Media Server, Stagefright etc.,)
• In depth knowledge of AOSP build process
• Good knowledge on OEMs devices,toolchain, and flashing process.
• Good knowledge in android different layers(application layer, framework, core/native libraries , HAL , and physical layer)
• In depth understanding of Core Java, C, C++ and OOPS concepts
• In depth knowledge of Linux driver concepts
• Good understanding of SELINUX Policies and permissions
• Good knowledge in porting.
• Good Debugging skills
Experience Required
Experience in android porting.
Good to have M to N and other previous version experience
