Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI : Telephonic followed by Skype TAM/CG/ePERFORMANCE . The PeopleSoft Data Conversion Functional / Technical Business Analyst provides functional application expertise for the Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG), and ePerformance PeopleSoft modules.  This position will provide leadership for reviewing business requirements for data conversion at each of the University's locations and solution designs to ensure cross-functional teams fully understand the impact of decisions made during requirements gathering.  Duties include conversion requirements gathering, data mapping, business process analysis, system testing as well as translating business requirements into functional requirements and/or technical specifications.  The ideal candidate should be primarily a functional resource with a strong SQL background, comfortable with Application Designer, and TAM / CG / ePerformance 9.2 experience.
