The individual is expected to have excellent communication and documentation skills. Also he/she should be a salesforce.com Techno-functional person.  Experience in Onshore – offshore interactions.

Relevant Experience

• Salesforce Administrator and Developer with around 6-8 years of experience.

• Salesforce Configuration

• Configure Salesforce application, Apex coding, Visual Force pages etc., Integration development

• Conducting Workshops  Requirement Gathering

• Prototyping

• Business Requirement Document Creation

• Understanding of Salesforce functionality and integration methods

• Ability to guide and explain Salesforce functionality to the business.

• Identify business issues and provide cost effective solutions.

• Should be 501 certified.

Desirable Qualification:

• At least 2 or more from the following

• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator

• Salesforce.com Certified Developer

• Must have 501 Certification
