QUALIFICATIONS:  (Minimum requirements to competently perform the key responsibilities of this job in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications or other knowledge, skills, and abilities.)

• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, information technology or computer science, or business experience that would be equivalent 
• Must have Microsoft Developer Certification in BizTalk Server and or 3 years of extensive experience designing, developing and supporting messaging solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Service.
• Ability to develop clear action plans and drives processes with numerous interdependencies
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Able to engage with individuals at all levels
• Requires strong teamwork and flexibility to accomplish goals to satisfy customer needs and meet project deadlines
• Requires strong customer orientation in interacting with and resolving issues in a timely, professional and positive manner
• Desired experience with Oracle ERP platforms, MS Office Suites, Exchange, SharePoint
• Programming and Systems experience required – SQL and familiarity with Oracle products is desired
• Must be willing to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, participating in professional organizations
