FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

minimum of 5-7 years of relevant IT Database experience; Clinical background a plus 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Analyze large data sets using techniques to identify trends or patterns 
• Develop and implement data collection systems/processes that optimize efficiency and data quality 
• Build automated reports/dashboards to share results with the team on periodic basis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) 
• Build and maintain key performance indicators (for operational and financial dashboards) 
• Combine, filter and reconcile data from multiple sources 
• Assist in building and maintaining models, analyses and reports for our investors 
• Assist in data administration and design 
• Work closely with business stakeholders to prioritize, plan and implement their information and analytics needs 
• Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently to dive deep and solve tough problems 
• Retrospect and identify new process improvement opportunities to take the team to the next level 

Skills/Knowledge Required: 

• B.A. or B.S. degree Computer Science 
• 5 Years of Database (Oracle, SQL Server, etc) experience 
• Knowledge of Big Data is a plus 
• Knowledge of and experience with SQL a plus 
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using tools for analyzing and reporting a plus 
• Knowledge of a scripting programming language like Python a plus 
• Knowledge system life cycle methodologies/phases and governing IT-processes 
• Advanced knowledge of all IT process interactions 
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to explain technical concepts/ideas in front of both technical and non-technical people 
• Passion for rigorous analytical techniques AND for connecting analytics to business ROI (i.e. not just what the data shows but why it's important and what the next steps should be) 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy 
• Self-motivated, quick/continuous learner with a passion for innovation 
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA requirements a plus
