- At least 4 or more years of user interface design and development experience
- Strong and flexible skills in interaction design
- Knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to web-based applications and mobile
- Proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
- Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline with a focus on development for interaction design along with experience and education in fine arts and graphic design.
- A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level
- Strong communication & client facing presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable; a team player
- Up-to-date on industry best practices/trends/standards
- Proficient in using Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code
- Knowledge of working in an agile project
