JOB DESCRIPTION:-
· Adobe Experience Manager /CQ application installation and configuration in WINDOW/LINUX platform and dispatcher configuration, deploying modules, configuration updates, including monitoring of website servers front end and back end performance and functionality
· Experience in the troubleshooting AEM related issues
· Maintains/updates components, templates, dialogs and workflows
· Excellent knowledge of automating deployment and management of AEM services.
· Knowledge on the Adobe Experience Manager /CQ administration activities such as User permissions/creations with LDAP synchronization, sling setting status, creation of audit reports, code and configuration management and others
· Accommodate day to day change requests and quickly make changes to the application
· Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization
· Provide technical mentorship to the offshore team if necessary
· Manage and prioritize workload between project and maintenance tasks
· Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment. Translate business requirements into AEM specific implementation specifications. Design and improve internal development methodologies
· Work collaboratively with other teams; UX, Google analytics etc.
· Provides guidance to development teams and business lines about system architecture on how to use AEM application
· Track version history of application – timeline for sunset and end of life and plan upgrades accordingly

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· (Qualified resources MUST meet EVERY requirement below or will not be considered.)
· Must have at least 6 years of IT development experience.
· Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience on Adobe CQ 5.5 administration and above
· 4+ years relevant professional experience working Java, J2EE, Web Service Integration, AJAX, JQuery and front end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and other web technologies.
· Experience working with REST, Sling and SOAP in a production environment
· Comfortable with data exchange protocols like JSON and XML Ability to work flexibly and appropriate trade-offs to meet time constraints.
· In-depth knowledge of AEM foundation components, CRX repository, JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix and OSGI.
· Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, custom widgets, workflow configurations and bundles.
· Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins and Maven – Preferred Skills
· Integration experience with other systems such as IBM web sphere portal and CA Site minder - Preferred
