REQUIRED SKILLS:

·         SQL, C# ,.NET, WCF, WPF

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·          Experienced in architecture, designing, developing and maintaining highly complex software components/modules using .NET

·          Create/maintain highly complex systems by identifying and correcting software defects

·          Propose and lead implementation to resolve performance and scalability issues

·          Create technical specifications and lead implementation

·          Work as part of an Agile development team to solve problems and develop projects in a fast paced environment

·          A basic degree of creativity and latitude is expected

·          Follow the established software development life cycle

·          Work with business/application users to design robust and fault tolerant user centric application solutions

·          Collaborate with IT Operations to ensure hardware and software are aligned to deliver business requirements

·          Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job

 

Must demonstrate hands-on proficiency in the following:

·         C#

·         WCF

·         SQL Server

 

Must have professional work experience in the following:

·         .NET Winforms

·         WPF

·         ASP.NET

·         Enterprise Service Bus

 

Day to day responsibilities:

·          Be very good at WCF services or catch up fast

·          Willingness to work on a brownfield application development (windows forms, WCF)

·          Ability dive in head first and quickly understand in-house built older application

·          Commitment to own and improve legacy .NET application

·          Willingness to quickly learn Neuron ESB just enough on the job

·          Familiarity with Windows Forms/WPF (desktop) application development

·          Must have a good understanding of design patterns SOLID OOPS concepts

·          Have experience and ability to lead small teams if required

·          Good team player, have ability and willingness to mentor junior developers

·          Good at understanding requirements, estimation, execution and delivery

·          Experience with highly complex software development projects

·          Must have at least one relevant Microsoft certification

·          Understanding of health insurance is a plus
