Position: Performance Test Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6+ Months

Mandatory Skills:

Performance engineering 

Load Runner

Requisition Details:

• 7 years of progressive performance testing experience using Load Runner tool
  
• Experience in developing multi-protocol (web, database, terminal emulator/mainframe, etc.) advanced scripts that follow object oriented framework HP LoadRunner (Performance Center)
  
• Evaluate non-functional requirement documents and develop a Performance Test Plan/Strategy document that includes short and long-term test objectives, types of tests required, workload matrix, scenarios, etc.
  
• Develop performance test scripts, test execution scenarios for various types of tests such as load, stress, duration/endurance, and run tests
  
• Document test results, suggest improvements and develop custom made summary reports to satisfy both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
• Experience in Performance of testing for Merger program is preferable.
  
• Equipment leasing and capital finance domain experience is preferable
  
• Experience applying extensive technical expertise in the area of performance testing and advanced scripting
  
• Possess full knowledge of industry standard SDLCs, including Agile methodology
  
• Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings
  

Minimum work Experience 8+ years
