They are looking for someone in a mainly support role, but who can support multiple modules
like SD, MM, PP and FICO. They also want someone with excellent communication skills.
Lead workshops with users from US and Italy to gather business requirements for the complete OTC process.
· Worked with a team spanning 4 time zones in 3 different countries.
· Coordinated with a Third-party vendor for the complete overhaul of the Taxation functionality.
· Designed an automated warranty process to reduce human effort and thereby reducing errors.
· Worked extensively on creating new Sales organizations, Distribution channels and Divisions and assigning them depending on client requirements.
· Analyzed positions and roles per department and assigned them as per business needs.
· Generated quarterly audit reports using all the major tables for SD and FI modules.
· Configured billing documents and maintained copy control rules for billing documents.
· Designed a custom process to generate invoices automatically and email them to each customer with batch jobs.
· Designed a custom process to email reports for backorders, rental returns, warranty returns and unpaid invoices with custom distribution lists per customer.
· Worked on collective invoice and invoice split as well as unit testing in billing.
· Involved in creation of user manuals and training key users after enhancements.
· Created a process to reduce the average ticket resolution time from 96 hours to within 48 hours.
· Designed a custom process for the Sales team to take advance payments from high risk customers.
· Customized OTC process control elements such as document types, item category, and schedule line category as per the changing business processes.
Maintained various pricing condition types and worked with business to update condition records on a regular basis.
· Maintained Copy control rules for proper flow of data between sales, delivery and billing document types.
· Worked with developers to create user-exits to bypass credit check for inbound items in a Sales Document.
· Handled and configured reverse logistics (handling customer returns) including Debit/Credit notes.
· Production support: Helped resolve tickets and worked with business users and ABAPers to solve production issues.
