JSR-168 & JSR268 - 5+ years
Web Services for Remote Portlets (WSRP) - 1+ years
Eclipse - 5+ years
HTML/CSS - 3+ years
AJAX - 3+ years
DOJO - 3+ years
JQuery - 3+ years
WebSphere Portal Theme Development - 5+ years
Web Experience Factory (IBM WEF) - PLUS
Design Patters / Development Frameworks knowledge
Testing - 3+ years
