Job Description
Client is looking for a Senior Level Network Engineer to join their team for a 3-6 month contract. They are currently working on a NAC project and the current Network Engineer is fully involved with this project and they need someone to come in that can really take control of much of their network (R/S, ASA, Wireless).
- Configure ASA firewalls, switches, and routers for new and existing clients
- Create network flow diagrams
- Familiar with wireless systems/applications
- Provide feedback on existing implementation processes and contribute to enhancing the process
- Must be a self-starter, able to work through issues from start to finish with little assistance, reporting on root cause providing recommendations for resolution
- Provide operational support for the networking team
- Communicate clearly and concisely, and adhere to company standards and procedures
- Expected to work as part of a team, not on an island, and be openly collaborative when working through issues with other team members so they can address issues during future occurrences
