Role : IBM Big Fix Admin
Location :  Phoenix, AZ/ Boston, MA

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible for IBM Bigfix infrastructure setup and configuration of Big Fix tool
• Candidate will be responsible for Install, configure, troubleshoot, patch, and manage BigFix on RedHat
• Candidate should be able to plan BigFix infrastructure design, Implementation plan, Upgrade plan and architectural improvements.
• Candidate will interfaces with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution for BigFix and general patching issues on Red Hat systems.
• For any infrastructure issues in BigFix, candidate should develop and implement testing strategies and document results.Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:
• Hands-on experience on Big Fix administration, OS/Security patching, Fix let/baseline/Task execution, installation and configuration of agents/relays
• Experience using IBM BigFix and other tools for software distribution and reporting to include.
• Experience in creating custom fixlets in BigFix and deploying OEM and custom fixlets and actions across the full enterprise and administering BigFix Web UI
• Hands on experience in creating custom software signatures for IBM Big Fix Inventory (SUA)
• Develop custom fix let/analysis/baseline as per requirement.
• Should have experience in upgrading Big Fix infrastructure
• Knowledge of Big Fix DSA architecture
• Experience supporting Red Hat systems and DB2 database
