Title: Genesys Design Engineer

Location: Roseland, NJ

 

100% REMOTE

 

Must Haves:

-5+ years of experience with genesys/voice technology

-design engineering experience for genesys application

-genesys version 8 +

-contact center reporting and routing knowledge

 

Plus:

-Avaya experience (along with genesys)

Soft Skills:

-needs to be both technical and business-savvy so that they can discuss the requirements with business units

-take initiative
