Produced phased Implementation Plan around slices, socialize and get agreement, include business flow/application scope, time lines.
Document release procedures for applications in scope, document dependencies and come up with a target list of proposed release/live dates for each slice/phase.
Prepare implementation calendar, marking existing scheduled Major Changes /BH, freezes showing available weekends for release activities.
Implementation preparation - identify code changes, permissioning, hardware, network, middleware, data, job scheduling, scripts, feeds, processes to/from other apps and external vendors, change tickets.
Produce Run Book/hour by hour plan for release weekends, including checks required (batch runs, online checks, report checks, connectivity checks, feeds, business user checks,
Produce SLA Matrix.
Liaise with development teams to document back out plans.
Roll out status and communication protocol during the release phase/weekend, including bridge arrangements in case of issues.
Run daily production verification calls to monitor PV trade entry, checks, and issues.
Production defect remediation
Obtain PV and implementation sign-off
Assisting teams going through the exception process for releases within freezes/DR tests.
Ensure Test evidence/sign-off information available for change tickets
