Need to have the following experience:

·         12+ years of experience

·         Customer facing web sites in a business/commercial setting

·         High volume transaction processing

·         Leadership experience

·         Agile methodology understanding, experience a plus

 

The Lead developer should have the following experience:

·         Experience leading small teams of developers

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Programming languages:

o   Java Guru – no variation on this, the candidate must be a master in Java

§  Java micro service experience a plus. If they don't know it, they will be required to learn it.

o   SQL Guru – Again, the person must be able to construct and deconstruct any SQL queries. Must be master level.

o   HTML Guru

o   JavaScript

§  Angular and TypeScript are nice to have's. The candidate will be required to learn this if they don't have it.

·         XML and JSON

·         Databases

o   NoSQL experience a plus. Candidate will be required to learn it, if they don't have it. We use Apache Cassandra.

·         Message queuing understanding

o   Apache ActiveMQ a plus

·         SOA understanding, experience a plus
