Mandatory Skill
· Domain
o Have worked in field of Manufacturing domain
· ERP
o Strong Domain Knwoledge, Experience of handling maintenance activities in major installation
o Experience in implementing JD Edwards Capital asset Management (Atleast 2 end to end implementation)
o Knowledge of Maintenance Work Order process from cradle to grave
o Preventive / Predictive/ Condition based maintenance activities, Unscheduled Maintenance, Setup of PM Schedules, Service Types, Model Work Orders, BOMs, PM Association, PM Routes/Loops
o Equipment Master Data, Equipment Parent/Child Setup, Equipment Supplemental data, Equipment Location Revisions, Meter Readings, Equipment Cost Analysis, Equipment Parts List, Equipment Product Family/Model setups
o Work Order Activity Rules, Maintenance Rules, S/WM Constants setups, Manufacturing Constants, Work Center Setups, Supply/Demand Inclusion Rules, Category Code Mapping, Document Type setup, Failure Analysis setup, Design of Failure Analysis Trees
o Work Order Processing, Parts issue against WO, PO creation from WO, AAI setups for inventory issue and direct PO's, Work Order Scheduling, Work Order Time Writing, Closure of Work Order, Work Flow/Email Notifications setups
o Crew and Resource Scheduling setups
o CAM Z upload reports for Equipment Master, BOM etc.
o Ability to write clear functional specification document
· Non Mandatory Skill
o Project Management skills and Team handling would be preferred
· Non-Technical Requirements
o Good Communication Skill
