Job Title: Java Developer- Expert (11+ years)

Location: Denver, CO

Duration: 9+ months Contract

Visa Type : Only GC or USC

Job Summary:

·         Work within a highly focused, dynamic and agile division that focuses its principles and deliverables to the customer

·         Providing hands on strategic direction setting, architecture design, and support the build  pipelines for the APIs 

Skill set:

·         Ability to create high quality , scalable and RESTful APIs

·         Should have spring framework, springboot, have good API knowledge. Should know annotations, classes, configurations, etc.

·         Strong expertise in Java related  technologies –  8 + years of Java experience

·         Hands on experience working on new technologies within the API ecosystem, this includes the Testing, operations and management, CI/ CD aspects also.

·         Experience with API security using OAuth , SAML

·         Prior work experience on Caching APIs

·         Build tools like maven , gradle

·         Experience in performance tuning web applications

·         Experience using Git / Gitflow

·         Excellent debugging and problem solving skills

·         Ability to document and  mentorship skills

 

Preferred qualifications:

·         A good understanding of the Cloud Native architecture and experience working on any cloud platforms preferably Pivotal Cloud Foundry

·         Exposure to some of the extreme programming disciplines like Test Driven Development or Pair Programming would be nice to have.
