Requirement

• A Senior IT Documentation Specialist, 10 years or more

• Technical writing skills

• Business Analysis background

• 10 + LMS implementation experience preferred

• Experience with HRIS and LMS integration

• LMS SSO

• LMS integration with a 3rd party content vendor. Skill Soft preferred.

• Able to translate highly technical information in a manner that is understandable to all audiences.

• Consultant experience

• Experience creating user job aids for complex systems

 

Can work remotely anywhere in the USA.
