Duration              :               24+ Months
Interview            :               Phone Hire
 
24 month assignment – Riverside 80% and 20% remote (4 days a week onsite) – Occasional travel to other UC locations (Oakland, Irvine, etc.)

 

Job Description
Seeking PeopleSoft ePerformance Consultant who will play a critical role in current implementation of Client's (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2) project.

 

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience implementing PeopleSoft ePerformance module.

 

Job Requirement/ Responsibilities

•                     Expertise in designing customizations and configuring tables and templates.

•                     Expertise in designing reports and writing ad-hoc queries using PS Query.

•                     Ability to effectively leverage SQL tools to validate designs and processes.

•                     Ability to effectively leverage productivity tools (MS Word, Excel, Visio, and Project) as well as online collaboration and testing tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.).

•                     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•                     Ability to perform successfully as a team player in a team setting by aligning to the overall priorities of the project and direction from leads.

•                     Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, and facilitation skills.

•                     Ability to work cross-functionally with variety of people to accomplish goals and support others.

•                     Willingness and ability to complete assigned tasks with little direction and to be adaptable to changing job requirements.
