Detailed Description:
· 5 to 7 years Online/Mobile Product Management or Digital project delivery experience must
· Design and bring to market customer-driven online and mobile products and services
· Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights
· Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations.
· Lead, create and launch market-leading product offerings in partnership with sales, marketing, user experience and support.
· Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release
· Build products that deliver great customer experiences.
· Manage Risk associated with the above applications and specific application features
· Help drive adoption and use by developing digital marketing campaigns in partnership with marketing teams
· Conduct competitive analysis
· Develop Business Scope and Requirements.
· Develop and present business cases to senior management for investment
· Work with internal Digital Design team to create User Experience Scenarios (mock-ups) for products.
· Develop Business Plans for products; Partners with marketing teams to create programs that increase market share, retention and profits.
· Work with Systems Vendors, IT, Retail Branches, Marketing and the Customer Service Center to insure proper delivery of online services.
· Act as Project Sponsor for key development initiatives
· Maintain information on service performance and application metrics, for analysis and reporting to management.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree (Business preferred -- Marketing, Management, Finance or Information Technology)
Preferred Qualifications:
· MBA Preferred
· Digital Product Management Experience
· Ability to translate Business needs to Technology Teams
· Leadership in the Online and or Mobile space
· Experience with Desktop and Mobile Web, Mobile Apps, and Alerts
· Experience with Business or Commercial Financial Services
· User-Centered Design and Usability expertise
· Self-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates
· Strong Analytical Skills and familiarity with the Software Delivery Lifecycle
· Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
· Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
