Responsibilities:
SAP QM Lead Functional Consultant: Design, Implement, test and support SAP QM Fiori App Implementation
Supports the design with strong working knowledge of QM processes and knowledge of integration with Fiori Apps
Lead SAP QM Fiori Apps implementation with strong knowledge on QM processes such as Quality Inspection, Results, Usage decision and Calibration
Notifications, CAPA, Batch Management, Audit Management
Knowledge on Fiori integration
Gathering functional requirements; drive Fiori App development and guide team through tight delivery time lines
Preparing detailed systems documentation, test scripts, best practices, and business process procedures;
Performing unit and integration testing; conducting user training;
Preparing training documentation and facilitation as new functionalities and initiatives are implemented; design alternatives; and optimizing design solution and minimizing impact to performance.

Technical skills and Knowledge:

Responsibilities:
Senior SAP Functional Consultant with minimum of 2 End to End Implementation and 5 years of ERP-SAP consulting and Project Management experience
REQUIRED: Candidate is required to have Bachelor Degree, BS/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting & Finance or equivalent
REQUIRED: 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in SAP MM and flexible to work in other modules.
Good understanding of Planning and Manufacturing business process functionality
PHARMA experience is preferred. Experience with GMP (Good manufacturing practice) preferred.
Functional experience in defining business, data, process requirements and functional design specification (SAP SolMan preferred).
Project management, Team lead, Independently coaches, mentors, and motivates team
Ability to generate sound solutions to meet customer's requirements
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills are essential
SAP functional consultant with more than 5 years experience
End to end implementation experience
Very good experience and knowledge in interfaces involving TIBCO
Expertise in Material master, BOMs and ECM
Ability to author functional specs important
Very good understanding of IDOC processing
Excellent knowledge on Pharmaceutical business processes and master data management best practices
Familiarity with Engineering Change management and Experience with the SAP QM module & LiMS interface is a Plus.
Will interact with business team to get the requirements on areas related to Master data management, Engineering change management, Interfaces and Reports.
Should have hands on and knowledge in interfaces involving TIBCO
Good communication and documentation is a must
Will have very limited guidance from the Project management and candidate should have ability to design and deploy the solution

Strong procurement domain expertise and Source to Pay process knowledge. SAP MM configuration BI data modelling
Participate in the agile process as a "scrum master"
Should have SAP BI tool development knowledge using SAP BI Web Intelligence
Support development of the Source to Pay practice by driving initiatives around market research, capability development, knowledge management, etc.
Write functional design for custom enhancements
Prepare training documents
Write test scripts in HP ALMQC
Execute application testing
Resolve defects
Good Communication skills a must

Title : SAP Procure to Pay Analyst
Location : Joliet, IL
Duration : 6+ Months
Primary Skills : SAP Procure to Pay Analyst
Responsibilities:
· Bachelors of Information Systems or related areas.
· 8+ years of related SAP PTP experience, including:
· 8+ years of strong and broad business experience in their principal PTP functional area of expertise;
· 5+ years of ERP transactional and/or configuration experience;
· 3+ full life cycle implementation.
· SAP Purchase to Pay (P2P) process expertise in the following areas:
· Functional knowledge of Procure to Pay process and touch points with other functions.
· In depth technical knowledge across Procure to Pay work-stream.
· Configuration experience across SAP-MM module including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, STO's, Pricing Conditions, Output Conditions, and other Procurement related objects.
· Data integration experience with non-SAP to SAP and SAP to SAP conversion projects.
· FSD Creation and reviewing/approving FSDs prepared by other team members.
· Ability to work with business and IT leadership in resolving design, build and support issues
· Experience with third party systems that interact with SAP systems preferred.
· Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Responsibilities
· Configure ERP solutions for identified gaps in functionality and business process.
· Participate in design reviews and business model matching sessions.
· Resolve ERP systems issues resulting from user error, incomplete system setup or systems bugs.
· Gather and understand business requirements for support and work with the rest of IT to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
· Maintain complex integration points between ERP and third party systems.
· Manage and coordinate all development applications including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, strategic systems planning, processes re-engineering, design, and development, and documentation, production support of major manufacturing implementation or new functionality.
· Leverage business knowledge and expertise to deliver business process improvements.
· Provide analysis and requirements to the ABAP Development area as it pertains to customization while following standard practices.
· Manage user acceptance testing and approval of configuration and development with the business partners for signoff.
· Develop user acceptance test scenarios, test scripts and results to validate configuration with the business.
· Provide innovative solutions by staying abreast of current technology.
· Follow established policies and procedures for system security and production operations.
