Responsibilities
Salesforce for an Application Support Analyst in Indianapolis. This individual will be resolving technical and functional support issues, performing trend analysis and identifying enhancements to reduce support requests, and collaborate with development teams to improve the design of new functionality.
- Must have at least 7 years of professional experience
- Must have the Salesforce Admin (201), Advanced Admin (211) and the Salesforce Developer (411) certs prior to the interview- they are checking this
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Desired skills:
- Master's degree in business or technical discipline
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Cert
- Experience with sandbox and production deployments
- Experience with Java or J2EE
