Job Details: Anchor different phases of the engagement including business process consulting, problem definition, discovery, solution generation, design, development, deployment and validation; guide teams on project processes and deliverables; contribute to effort estimation and proposal development, client training and internal capability building with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Education/ Certifications (Required) : B.Tech
o Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Compute Domain Standards - Develop, document, and maintain compute standards, patterns, offerings and solutions.
o Present, review, and evangelize compute standards, patterns and offerings to solution architects.
o Maintain compute product version, support, and offering status.
o Maintain compute product roadmaps in support of AOP & SBP planning cycles.
o Author best practice and pattern documents for collaborative solutions based on PepsiCo standards
o Produce architecture specifications
o Consult on architecture direction and design issues as well as influence peers, cross-functional partners, and IT leadership
o Effectively presenting facts and recommendations in oral and written form
2. Compute Domain Architecture & Strategies: Patterns, Offerings and Solutions
a. Explore new technologies, products, capabilities and solutions specific to compute, but that may extend into other technology domains: database, network, automation, monitoring, etc… Identify those to pursue that reduce cost, simplify the infrastructure, reduce labor, or improve service: capability, performance, availability or stability.
b. Drive introduction of new compute domain technologies through EA Governance for approval and adoption.
c. Partner with service engineering, delivery and operations owners, procurement, finance, and asset management to rationalize new technology strategies and develop plans to materialize.
3. Solutions Architecture, Operational Stability & Root Cause Resolution
a. Provide consulting, subject matter expertise, and/or architecture design to project teams on the use of computer technology solutions, patterns & offerings and how they are to be applied in alignment with standards, best practices, and within limits of their capabilities to satisfy business requirements.
b. Partner with service engineering, delivery and operations owners to review reoccurring problems that introduce stability, availability, or performance issues. Help identify root cause and strategy to reduce or eliminate those issues.
