Job Description:

SAP Technical Consultant II
  
Supports management in maintaining the warranty systems' criteria and integrity.
Work involves, but is not limited to, maintenance of master warranty code criteria, labor operation code criteria, PSMP (codes, parts, cost, programs) criteria, and extended warranty code criteria.
Implements changes based on corrected criteria.
Provides maintenance and support for dealer labor and parts warranty rates, support for recall maintenance, and assistance on tracking down warranty claim issues.
Provides operational support to all aspects of Warranty department.
Provides warranty reports and related analysis to all departments within the Service Group.

Bachelor's degree in business or computer technology or equivalent directly related work experience.
Minimum three years of experience in warranty systems support for product manufacturer, computer database management, or related work experience.
Basic knowledge of SAP desirable. Understanding of complexity of computer software logic.
Knowledge of warranty claim validation.
