Job Description for Healthcare Legacy Applications - Technical Support Analyst
Role: Technical Support Analyst - Laboratory
Responsibilities:
· Analyze and troubleshoot application issues with respect to their functional areas and provide technical support as necessary.
· Take ownership to resolve issues and work with other groups to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Follow-up with the user or vendor of the application as necessary.
· Verify and communicate the resolution to all the associated stakeholders.
Required Skills:
· Must have 2-5 years of experience in US Healthcare IT.
· Must have at least 2 years of experience in providing Technical/Solution Support to Lab applications like Sunquest, Copath Plus, AIM, ASI, ARUP, Histotrac, Safetrace, Shire, UroNav, Data Innovations, DM360, BioView.
· Should be familiar with at least one leading EMR used in US Healthcare.
· Good understanding of Provider side of the US Healthcare industry.
· Experience on any popular ticketing tool like Service Now or Remedy is a plus.
· Willing to work in "shifts" (occasionally) and/or be available ‿on-call†on an as needed basis.
· Should be proficient in verbal and non-verbal communication.
· Resourceful and able to work in a team environment.
· Any US-based implementation experience with respect to any of the functional areas above is a plus.
