At least five years of experience as a BA in the financial services industry with at least two years of trading and portfolio management focus
Strong data analysis, documentation and coordination skills
Experience working on large scale enterprise projects leveraging agile development methodology – must be able to write meaningful epics and stories
Ability to work cooperatively and constructively across teams, departments, and personalities
Needs to be self-motivated, will drive requirement gathering activities with business and technical resources
