Windows Server Admin – need is for 10 resources

Resources need to have extensive server experience with Windows 2012, Windows 2003 and VMware- ESXi 5.5
To provide assistance by deploying a team of Windows Server Administrators; this team would focus on remediation of identified server vulnerabilities including Windows 2003 migration in a virtual environment.
The client is a global leader in the pre-paid payment solutions space, serving 450,000 points of distribution and 700 brand partners.
In the fourth quarter, the volume of activity in the gift card industry is at a seasonal peak which creates resource constraints within the organization.
The IT department has a major initiative on the horizon to:
Remediate identified security vulnerabilities in accordance with recent compliance initiatives
Migrate Windows 2003 Servers to Windows Server 2012 R2 (or like) operating systems in a virtual or physical environment
The client has established pre-defined virtualization templates for server migration and required hands-on resources to methodically work towards quality deployments in a 5,000 server environment. Resources would need to have experience with multiple server operating systems, server clustering and virtualization.
