Duration: 6 Months +

 

Must Have Skills

·         Java/J2EE Stack 

·         PL SQL

 

Nice to have skills

·         VB 

·         C++

 

Desired years of experience: 7+ yrs of overall IT experience. 

 

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:

·         Monitor Ticketing system for incidents during regular office hours, 8.30am to 5.00pm US Central Time Zone. Provide oncall support outside US office hours for P1 and P2 tickets for applications developed in Java based technologies. 

·         Resolve tickets related to data anomalies, functional clarifications, user inquiries, ad hoc inquiries, bulk data load and content loading requests. 

·         Investigate and resolve problems as a result of an Incident. Work on minor enhancements
