Job Overview:

 

Hours: 8AM – 5PM, M-F

 

Job Description:

that can be provide level 3 support across a broad range of technologies.

 

Primary Skillset:

?         User support on Windows 7 - 8 & 10

?         Active directory experience and ADMT usage

?         Enterprise software backup experience (CommVault and Veeam preferred)

  Secondary Skills:

?         VOIP and PBX knowledge (Shoretel)

?         Citrix
