This position provides server side support of the Cognos Enterprise Reporting Software and Infrastructure. This position is not for a Cognos Developer. We are just finishing up an upgrade to Cognos 10.2.2.

 

Requirements :

 

·         (7-10 years) IBM Cognos Enterprise Reporting Solution.

·         This is a Cognos Administration position on server side (not report development).

·         Linux Admin and OS, Application Integration.

·         Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills

·         Solid technical background with a solution-based approach, excellent oral and written communication skills, technical writing skills, Customer focused with a strong commitment to managing timelines.

·         Demonstrable skills at handling multiple high-visible projects.

·         Understand Service Levels and meeting or exceeding on a Monthly basis.

·         Understanding components of Application Integration for quick resolution.

·         Managing input queue of Service Requests within Target Date.

·         Responding to critical service interruptions as quickly as possible to reach resolution and eliminate downtime.
