Skills Required and Job Description:

Moi::Telephonic followed by Face to Face ***2 main things they are looking for: 1. Strong Swing or other equivalent UI development in Java. I understand Swing is outdated, so any experience in recent past is good. 2. Strong Core Java skills  (EJB is not a requirement for this project)   Minimum Requirements: Required Skills: Experienced in taking projects through full SDLC Excellent problem-solving skills Strong at Object Oriented Design and Development Java development using Eclipse, Maven and Subversion PL/SQL development for any industry leading RDBMS (Any one of the following: Oracle/SQL Server/Sybase/MySQL) Database development using Hibernate (or other industry leading JPA implementations) UI development in Java (Any one of Vaadin/GWT/Errai/Swing) Plus: Financial services experience (Equity/fixed income/derivatives) Familiarity with algorithmic trading systems or real time data feeds (example: Bloomberg/Reuters etc.) Java web application development     Description: Responsibilities: Work closely with team members to understand functional requirements and translate them into trusted software solutions Implement solutions in an agile development environment Independently manage work to ensure achievement of timelines
