Required Skills

• Managing Dell Servers (2900 series or higher) and Dell Blade enclosures.
• Installation, troubleshooting, support, patching and restoration of:Windows Server 2000 ;Windows Server 2003; Windows Server 2008 ;Windows Server 2008 R2; Windows Server 2012 ;Windows Server 2012 R2
• Configuration and Management of ADFS, DNS, WINS, Group Policy, DHCP, FSMO Roles, Sites and Services, Users and Computers, PowerShell in Microsoft Active 2008 R2 or higher
• Configuration and Management of Microsoft Exchange 2010 Geographic Cluster with DAG including Exchange PowerShell experience
• Configuration and Management of Microsoft Lync 2013 (Front-End / Edge / Reverse Proxy, Lync PowerShell)
• Configuration and Management of SharePoint 2010 or Higher including SharePoint PowerShell
• Microsoft Clustering in Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 and 2012 R2 .Microsoft DFSR
