| 4 | Fosters and encourages solution reuse within Business Units and at the Enterprise level |
| 5 | Able to work with Eclipse (Integrated Development Environment), Anypoint Studio and able to use source code repositories (like CVS/SVN) from within Eclipse |

| 7 | Need to Handle Customer Communications and Management Reporting |
