Title : Business Analyst
Location: Louisville, KY
Duration: 8 – 12 Months

 

Max rate $45/hr.

Technical/Functional Skills

1.Collecting, understanding business requirement
2.Interacting with business stakeholders to gather requirements
3.Interacting with the Offshore and Nearshore team to ensure that the requirements are documented
4.Translating and simplifying requirements.
5.Requirements management and communication.
6.Requirements analysis and organization
7.Participates in the daily Meetings and Reviews with customer
8.Planning and monitoring deliverables from Nearshore and Offshore.
9.Having knowledge in Identity Access Management systems will be an added advantage

Experience Required

1.Ability to handle multiple stakeholders concurrently
2.Excellent Communication skills verbal and non-verbal are a Must.
3.At least 3-4 years of Business Requirements gathering and analysis experience is required

Roles & Responsibilities

•Gathers and analyse access related data from systems and platforms for business communities.
•Gather access related information from Application / System Owners and/or the Access Management team.
•Conducts workshops with the business users to present findings from the analysis, understand the applications used and in-scope for a business community.
•Develops business roles, access models for the enterprise with input from the business point(s) of contact by scheduling and conducting a series of role engineering workshop with the contact.
•Conducts trainings with the business point(s) of contact to brief them on access related processes.
•Facilitates the validation of access models (IT Roles) from application owners.
•Continues to remain the first line of contact for any role changes required before role deployment.
•Analyse the impact for any feedback received during the role testing phase. Incorporates feedback into the business and application (IT) roles.
