ü  Job Description		ü  Extensive experience in  designing, architecture and implementing production search solutions using FAST ESP, FAST for SharePoint search 2010, SharePoint 2010,  SharePoint 2013 . ü  Solid understanding of search engine capabilities and requirements of search based user applications. ü  Expert in architecting and implementing search on On – premise. ü  Envisioning and  roadmap defining  of FAST / SharePoint 2013 search ü  Programming experience with  C# / .Net / Java / SharePoint 2013 – search based ü  Expert in designing and integrating FAST connectors – like BA Insight / SharePoint 2013 search Documentum / BCS/XML ü  Expert in handling content architecture, meta data manipulations, content organization, relevance – ranking algorithm, controlling precision and recall of a document. ü  Expert in designing and implementing  search solution as service and  on-demand based, multi – tenant / multi-platform solution. ü  Expert in handling deployments involving multi node production and fall back / DR scenario. ü  Experience in defect management / handling quality management process.
