Job title: MicroStrategy Lead

Location: RESTON,VA

Duration: 6 months

Interview: Inperson Needed

· 6+ years of hands on experience with MicroStrategy including version 9
· Hands-on development of MicroStrategy applications objects
· Hands-on experience in designing and developing MicroStrategy reports and dashboards
· Hands-on development of dynamic dashboards, grids, graphs, KPIs utilizing MicroStrategy Release 9+ version software 
· Proficiency with SQL, and optimizing SQL particularly Oracle 11g
· Perform unit and system testing on reports
· Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional data modeling
· Hands-on development of MicroStrategy Architecture / schema objects
· MicroStrategy administrative skills, including management of users, licensing, security, in-memory caches, subscriptions, backups, metadata, reports, deployments and Report tuning. 
· Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
· MicroStrategy certification in each area (development, architecture, and Administration) is a plus.

Key points

 Adminstrative, Architechture and Reporting experience required

Sitting with inhouse staff and train staff

BO to Microstrategy migration (Previous BO experience is not required)

Sr or Lead Consultant - Think out of box for solution

Should be well versed with Database Schema/SQL on which Reports will run.

80% Reporting / Symantec layer
