Job Description

Role	SharePoint Developer
Mandatory Technical Skills	o Incorporate technical considerations into SharePoint design plans                                              o Incorporate programming languages and UI design tools, such as HTML, XSLT, JavaScript, CSS into .Net/SharePoint components                                                     o Evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, properly structured, meets industry standards and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems                                                           o Comply with professional standards for documenting, backing up and safeguarding custom programming work                                                   o Expertise in applying the following technologies: SharePoint 2013 administration, configuration, object model, web part and application development, SharePoint Designer2013; InfoPath 2013                             o Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision with multiple projects, shifting priorities and deadline pressure                                    o Knowledge of the IT Technology areas, best practices, issues and real world experience in developing and deploying solutions                                                          o SharePoint Enterprise 2013
Desirable Technical Skills	o Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with people of all skill levels               o Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills      o View software packages, products and define, prioritize, plan and implement solutions across multiple complex projects. o Ensure the team comprehends and applies the established processes, policies, standards and procedures. o Provide status reports to Manager and review boards on complex development projects. o Guide and direct project teams in the requirements gathering, design, and development of complex applications/programs. o Ensure compliance and conduct appropriate test reviews as necessary. o Meeting with Solution Architects to design whole application framework o Explaining the requirements, functionality, design & framework to onsite & offshore team members o Provides management with timely communication on status & Utilizes appropriate tools and/or develops custom solutions as required to meet objectives. o Identifies areas for process improvement. o Support the solution through deployment and operations o Participate  in the ongoing development roadmap o Test case/plan creation and documentation o Strong analytical ability o Exhibit integrity in all decisions and actions o Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must
