Position: Commissions Business Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, Mn
Duration: 12+ Months
Exp Required: 7+ Yrs
H1 Visa required if consultant is on H1
Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:
1)Generate accurate and timely commission payments to Annuity/Life Policy Agents/Producers while adhering to the established guidelines, policies and procedures of the Commission program.
2)Assume the role of subject matter expert for all aspects of commission payments.
3))Serve as a key team member to facilitate and troubleshoot complex compensation issues as necessary to ensure completion of monthly production.
4)Resolutions will require working with internal and external constituents, recommendations for process or system modifications and the diligence to follow issues through to conclusion. /Fu
5)Critical to the success of this position is the ability to communicate effectively and professionally while representing to the Agent/Producer community.
6) Assist the Commissions team in evaluating system and process controls and workflows to ensure the effectiveness of the broker channel by identifying, assessing and managing business risks.
7) rovide guidance and assistance in the licensing of Agents/Producers/brokers, with the educate brokers on administrative and credentialing requirements and practices.
8) Strong Callidus Incentive Compensation Software knowledge and skills to help with multiple commissions based projects.
9) Lead the development, implementation, execution and payment of Sales Compensation Plans. This role prepares and monitors the processing of internal and external compensation, supporting schedules and reports.
10) Ability to perform financial compensation and data review/analysis, assists in preparation/completion of accounting and compensation month-end closings, and assists in financial compensation reporting.
11) Analyzes, audits, and validates production reports to ensure accuracy and eligibility for commission calculations.
12) Creation of standard commission calculation templates. Interpretation of compensation plans. Distribution of commission statements to the field. Provide explanation and clarification, and respond to any questions that may arise regarding commission calculations.
