Title: Workday Developer

Duration: 12 month

Location: Bellevue, WA

Rate: $60/hr

 

Top Three Skills:                              Top 3 Requirements:

1) Experience as a Workday Developer, specifically developing interfaces– 3+ Years
2) Experience specifically in HCM (Human Capital Management); understanding of business concepts – 3 years
3) Experience in Web Services, EIB, Custom Report, Calculated Fields, Complex XSLT and configuring studio integrations – 3 years

 

Job Description:                              

-Workday interface development is key
-Workday Integration technologies like EIB's, Cloud Connect and Studio technologies
-Workday Report Writing – Should be able to develop complex Custom Reports and Calculated Fields
-Should be able to design integrations and identify and map data fields, fields required by downstream systems to objects in Workday
-Working knowledge of Workday functional concepts
SOA development (XML, XPath, XSLT, Web Services, etc.)
Web Services standards and technologies ( XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)
-This resource needs to understand concepts around data migration, security and administration.

Daily Responsibilities:
•Designs, develops and implements solutions and monitors application development priorities to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
•Uses system and technical knowledge to provide recommendations for proposed enhancements or functional changes leveraging cost effective design approaches.
•Designs, implements, and documents procedures.
•Meets with business and provides advice related to technical solutions and design.
•Creates technical documentation, researches, interprets and builds knowledge of applications and program code, maintains program libraries.

Nice to Have:
1) Experience in working with Cloud Connect for HCM, Recruitment, Learning Management, Benefits and Payroll between workday and Third Party systems Experience in Data Conversion through Hoover, EIB and spreadsheets.
2) Experience in HCM Cloud Connect Integration, Custom Integration, Packaged Integration and Studio Integration.
