Technical support resume for Server & Storage Back Up

Job location:  Redwood City, CA

Project Duration: 3 months with possible extension

-- Technical support resume for Server & Storage Back Up Project for an IT environment with 600 servers and 400 major network routers and switches supporting 6,000 employees

Services requested

 

·         Onsite 40 hours per week technical support. After initial configuration and meetings, a portion of the work could be performed remotely.

·         Expertise building system monitoring tools, specifically Solar Winds. The resource should also have a solid background in:

o   TCP/IP fundamentals

o   Network Routing and Switching

o   Traffic filtering as it applies to firewalls

o   AD Domain and Trust relationships

o   DNS, DHCP design and best practices

o   Server virtualization

o   Windows WMI

Architectural and process design using MS Visio
