Must have:
8-10 years of experience and have 2 + years of Lead experience

Composition:   
3 Lead – Java developers with 8+ years experience, 
RESTful service development, Tibco experience desirable, Layer7 or Apigee experience
Experience developing abstract services (façade) over underlying core services
